External rear elevation of clad brick two-storey house with lawn and garden.

The home sits on a vacant site bordering a conservation area and greenbelt, benefitting from it’s semi-rural location with stunning open views and vistas across the landscape. These views have been intelligently positioned, with the home orientated to allow maximum daylight throughout the home, enabling a connection to the landscape throughout the building.

The form of the building was developed as a response to the scale and proportion of the surrounding buildings, wrapping across the site in two wings. Centrally placed, the heart of the home is set around a spectacular double height foyer, with a framed view to the wild garden and countryside beyond.

Internal view of contemporary kitchen with large glazed doors opening up to the landscaped garden.
